Gdańsk Convention Bureau changes their website. The new version of gdanskconvention.pl is now easier to operate, modern and more interactive. Intuitive layout allows easy and quick moving around the website and finding all the information needed to organise a business meeting.
The newest features on gdanskconvention.pl are – GCBeVents app for smartphones and plugins for social media, to keep track of the freshest news from meeting industry. App by GCB is an innovation in Poland. GCB is the first convention bureau to introduce such a product to the market. What is even more important GCBeVents is available for Android, Blackberry, iOS and Windows Phone. The app will be officially launched in September.
Gdańsk Convention Bureau’s new website also has some already known utilities like search engine for conference objects and hotels, incentive offers for Four Business Tourism Products Programme and a list of recommended professional congress organisers. It is also possible to submit new incentive offers to the Four Business Tourism Products via website, completely free of charge.
Some well-known functionalities have been upgraded – venue search engine has gained an option of finding conference object accordingly to their type or capacity, or both. Thanks to that solution finding the best possible location for a meeting has never been easier!
The GCBstats tool allows to keep track of the statistics of the local meetings industry. Hoteliers themselves can add data online and also generate reports of their own that meet their requirements.
The new website also has download section, from which promotional materials can be downloaded, there is also a calendar of events to stay updated with the upcoming meetings in Pomerania.
